    Verdict

The brilliant Palace Pier won this last year for the Gosden team so all eyes will be on stablemate EBNZAIDOON, who cost an impressive $825,000 as a yearling. He is Dirt-bred but a half-brother to two winners and will know what’s required. Beijing Billy is also a half-brother to two winners with Villeurbanne and Bullace others worth monitoring. My Swallow may have the most scope of the once-raced trio.
