    Verdict

L'Ange Au Ciel can bounce back to form ahead of stablemate Le Passing, Impek and Tikram in a wide-open start to proceedings. L'Ange Au Ciel looked a horse of immense potential when scoring at Exeter in December, and when battling home over two miles here at Sandown in February. He has been highly tried since then, at Cheltenham and Aintree, and was down the field both times, but his trainer still has good faith in him and with Ruby Walsh in the plate, we shall take a chance on the six-year-old. Stablemate Le Passing was fifth in the Jewson at Cheltenham but his earlier wins were gained on heavy ground, and he could be worth taking on with his weight. Impek has a record at Sandown and was a close second to the progressive Oneway here in February, but the fact remains that he has never won a handicap. Tikram has the assistance of Tony McCoy but has not won since landing the Mildmay Of Flete last year, while Another Raleagh is lightly raced of late and could surprise off the bottom of the handicap. He stayed on behind Lacdoudal at Kempton in January, and with quite a few of the remainder out of form at present, he could easily make the frame at a big price. For the winner though, we return to L'Ange Au Ciel.
