Verdict
Most of these would have preferred a quicker surface but LADY LYNETTA beat Thursday’s impressive York winner Amber Storm at Haydock. She has been punished with a 7lb rise but could go close again if confirming that improvement. Lightness beat Dutch Painting a length-and-a-half at Newmarket but there shouldn’t be much between them today at the revised terms. A La Voile arrives on a hat-trick so is much respected while Angel Fairy, Sun Tide and East End Girl all won last time but Rock Of Fame is proving expensive to follow.
