Verdict
A race in which Flat and Jump jockeys clash in a keenly-contested affair and we are going to side with Tony McCoy to get the better of his colleagues on Lifted Way. He might have most to fear from Karaoke, Rebate and Bishopstone Man. The selection comes here fit from an all-weather run and, while his form tapered off last year and he is unproven on today's going, his rider has a knack of confounding what might appear as obvious. McCoy is guaranteed to give any horse a ride but it would give him a particular buzz to get the better of Kieren Fallon and co. Fallon rides Rebate, who has a good chance of reversing all-weather form with Steely Dan, who has been in good form of late, can be given a chance. Others that could also be given hopes are Skylarker, particularly if he transfers his all-weather form to Turf, Sir Laughalot, and Todlea, who has yet to fully live up to his reputation. Overall, though, we'll side with Lifted Way who can allow the Jumping boys to get one over on their Flat counterparts.
