Verdict

HEARTWARMING, a half-sister to Group 2 winner Heartache, attracted support on her debut here last month and beat all bar Kurious, who ran quite well in the Queen Mary. Clive Cox' filly can go one better though Symphony also made a promising debut behind Saturday's Super Sprint winner Ginger Nut at Windsor and this stiffer track will be to her advantage. Lucky Charm couldn't go the pace at Nottingham and may need further, a remark that also applies to Richard Hughes' newcomer Winter Light, whose dam has produced winners with her first two foals, one of them a hurdler.
