Verdict

An impossible-looking handicap to start proceedings. Embour is much improved this year and Ryan Moore rides. Jumira Bridge defends an unbeaten record here but disappointed the last time he ran on Turf. Justanotherbottle has been well supported in tough handicaps the last twice and is now 2lb lower than for his last success. He must have decent claims but a high draw prompts concerns, SAAHEQ hasn’t fared much better but David Egan should get a tune out of Mick Appleby’s raider so he gets a tentative vote ahead of the speedy Eeh Bah Gum and Heartwarming, who lost her action at Ayr and runs in her first handicap. Only Spoofing couldn’t cope off this mark at Chelmsford earlier in the month.
