      Verdict

      Simoon won twice in the spring but the handicapper has been in charge since. Loch Ness Monster is probably back in the right grade but proving hard to win with. CHEF DE TROUPE is fit from a successful summer over hurdles and, if translating that form to the Flat, could be on a lenient mark. Dubai Instinct was out of his depth at Newbury in May but has been gelded since and could figure if fully wound up.
