Verdict

Latensaani has taken well to hurdles and was a facile winner at Hexham last time, he is impossible to oppose despite his penalty in this moderate affair with conditions again in his favour. Fifteen Reds looks the main danger he has been placed many times but has never won however he goes on the ground and is a must for placepot punters. Carew would have a chance on his best form but he was well behind Ontohs in a novice hurdle at Hexham last time and he needs to improve on that to win. Whitaside is a well bred gelding from a shrewd yard and he could easily run into a place. Middleway looks out of his depth.
