        Verdict

        Secret Conquest was a fair fourth over course and distance on his hurdle debut behind Ontos and he need only improve a little to score with conditions again in his favour. Initiative won a seller over this course and distance a couple of runs ago but disappointed in a handicap mat Hexham next time and this looks more competitive than a seller. Aldwhych Arrow was third behind Log On Intersky last time out and that effort gives him fair place claims. Lord Alvinru would have a chance on his bumper form but he has disappointed over hurdles and he may do better in handicaps. Hollows Mill has showed a modicum of ability but needs to improve to win this. The remainder may do better in time.
