Verdict
An interesting race to close the card with, and it can pay to forgive Poachers Run her mishap last time and give her another chance off a decent mark. Already three times a course and distance winner, she also goes with some cut and can win again. Ashnaya could be the one for the forecast if she can see out the full distance here. A winner at Cartmel in August, she did look exposed last time, but could still be good enough to chase home the winner. Another one looking exposed is Binny Bay, a soft ground winner at Bangor in May, but disappointing at Cartmel last time. A break will have done her good and she can still run her race here. Maddy's Supreme is still a maiden, but she does have some form with cut and cannot be discounted, while top weight Listen Up has enough ability to take the contest, but has a long lay-off and a disappointing previous run to put behind her.
