Verdict

Donald McCain will be hoping for rather bigger and better things with Peddlers Cross in exactly an hour's time but will be looking for a boost here with Finlay, whose second to Antonius Caesar at Leicester in January is the best chasing form on offer here. However, CHAPOLIMOSS, who showed some promise over hurdles, was making headway and going well enough when coming to grief on his chasing bow at Catterick and is taken to make amends. Playing The Field has shown a little ability over timber and hails from a family of staying chasers so should do better while winning point-to-pointer List Of Life is with the right connections to make a success under Rules.
