In depth

Verdict

Ravensbill began his handicap career over hurdles on a mark of 85 which was way too high and was down to 73 when putting in his best run to date over fences here last time. Nicky Tam alternates between hurdles and fences and appears to need further than this though he's slipping down the weights and not on a bad mark. Whatcanyasay only seems to run here and has won four times on the track including this race in 2008. He's in such poor form that can hardly be considered so THE GREEN HAT gets the vote by process of elimination as though he's still a maiden after 22 starts over fences he came closest for a very long time at Newcastle a month ago.
