In depth
Verdict
Another poor contest that may fall to Lazy But Lively, with Quincy's Perk and Bunkum selected as the main rivals. Lazy But Lively tasted victory over course and distance on Boxing day beating Farlington by just over three lengths. He doesn't appear to have progressed from that victory but still holds strong claims against this opposition. Quincy's Perk has similar claims to the selection having won over course and distance last month before flopping behind The Kew Tour at Doncaster. Meanwhile Bunkum comes into the argument on his recent effort behind Simply Gifted in a much better race at Chepstow. Red Society may come out best of the others but in a race where bets should be kept to a minimum Lazy But Lively is given the vote.
