Verdict
Not a race that will take much winning and the vote goes to Nickel Sundancer who can take advantage of a significant ease in grade. Sue Smith's charge showed a race of this nature is well within his compass when a respectable fifth in a competitive stayer's handicap at Catterick last month and looks the one to beat on these terms against some moderate rivals. San Peire hinted at ability in a seller last time but is far from certain to appreciate this big step up in trip while Kinfauns Lady was most disappointing on her latest start and now has something to prove. Tap Dance is tried in a first-time visor after showing little of late but has claims on previous efforts and looks best of the remainder if the headgear has the required effect.
