Verdict
Red Diadem hails from a stable in form and is the one to beat, with Tears Of A Clown and Blacktoft the pair to give her most to do. With William Haggas is such sparkling form at present, it will be a major disappointment if Red Diadem cannot step up on her seasonal return at Kempton at the start of the month. Sent on to try and make all, she stayed on well when headed by Dream Theme, and will improve both for the run and for the step up to a mile, being a half-sister to Argent who was very adept at that trip. She has a fitness advantage over Tears Of A Clown who has not been seen since catching the eye on her Lingfield debut last October. She missed the break but finished like the proverbial train and is another that will come into her own over a mile this season. Blacktoft has had an outing, having finished third at Wolverhampton on his recent return. It was not a bad effort but nothing special, and along with the reappearing Ten To The Dozen, is best watched, with preference for Red Diadem who can add to the stable's success in this 12 months ago with Accomplish.
