Verdict

Candesta and Port Soif are not the most reliable having both been well beaten on their latest starts here on the back of course and distance wins. Bee Machine finished runner-up over 7f at the track last time but has done all his winning to date over shorter than a mile and this could be a chance for BREAK THE SILENCE to get his head back in front having scored off today’s mark here in August. Kodi Koh looks no nearer winning but Amity Island scored over track and trip early last year and finished in front of both Alpha Tauri and Luath when fifth here on New Year’s Day.
