Verdict

GIOVANNI CHANGE finished in front of subsequent winners when making a winning debut in a bumper at Killarney in July. Switched to Mark Walford’s yard since, a conditional’s allowance negates today’s penalty and he can go in again. Raymond finished much closer at Sedgefield when last in action while Small Present wasn’t disgraced at Carlisle on a recent debut. Global Fame has gone close between the flags and debuts under Rules while Fantastikas is a newcomer to note as a brother to a winner over hurdles in France and a half-brother to others.
