Verdict
Delta Force looks to have outstanding claims here and can score chiefly at the expense of Rousing Thunder, Khuzdar and maybe Worlaby Dale. The selection came good at Wolverhampton last time, a run that followed on from a solid effort at Southwell the time before. He's got ticks in a lot of the right boxes and, officially the best horse in the race on official ratings, looks a worthy race-favourite. Rousing Thunder certainly comes into calculations based on his autumn form last year, but is untried on the surface. A return to then level of form that saw Khuzdar win at Bath in October brings him squarely into the thick of things, while Worlaby Dale has bits of form that will find him supporters but he did run indifferently on his first try on an AW surface last time out. Overall, though, Delta Force looks the one to be on.
