In depth
Verdict
This could seem like a very long mile for any punters trying to get out of jail in the lucky last but previous course and distance winner Haithem has the capability to go well at a fair price and Derek Shaw's charge is a tentative fancy to round off with a winner. Nickel Sungirl, Onefortheboys and Miss Wizz head the shortlist of dangers - while a move for the old boy Western Command could be interesting. However, Haithem usually goes very well at this course and the ease in grade could be enough to keep him interested to the line. He will also benefit from the tender handling of Lisa Jones, whose record in getting horses to respond for her speaks for itself.
