      Verdict

King Priam would take a lot of beating here if at his best, but the seven-year-old has not run since July and his fitness must be taken on trust over a trip which is the absolute maximum for him. Rainbow River appreciated the step up in distance last time when winning a little cosily and must be feared over a trip which he is fully effective at. Prince Prospect has been in consistent form but it is surprising that he has not been dropped in trip as all his winning has been at shorter. Top-weight Moyne Pleasure is a dangerous customer at his best and represents a stable who have made a bright start since taking out their licence, however he has run out of form and is best watched. The TEAMtalk vote goes to Susan's Dowry who was highly progressive last winter. The six-year-old acts well on this surface and finished a golden spell finishing an excellent fourth behind future Winter Derby winner Adiemus. She has not run since February but has gone well fresh in the past and is worth taking a risk with in this type of contest.
