In depth

Verdict

This is Gran Maestro’s time of year and the top weight shouldn’t be ignored, though he was a long way behind Trafalgar Rock in Idder’s race at Carlisle last month. Ashoka and Huntingdon winner Not Never look closely matched on the form book and shouldn’t be far away again while Sikandar is fit from the Flat, though has been running poorly. Matchaway would need the rains to arrive so OUR THREE SONS and Page Fuller are taken to continue their improvement together by completing the hat-trick.
