      Verdict

      THEGREATESTSHOWMAN had been threatening a return to winning ways before making no mistake under today’s apprentice over track and trip last week. He’s worth sticking with though Giogiobbo wasn’t beaten far in second with Dark Shot further back in third. Both Slowmo and Duke Of Firenze won here last month and the former has subsequently gone close again when finishing in front of maiden winner King Of Stars. Big Impact has also won a maiden race here but has yet to figure in a handicap.
