Verdict
With most of these out of form or very poor, we will take a chance on the Irish raider Bloom Of Tara, with Alice Blackthorn and Fulvio the best of the home team. Bloom Of Tara is a superbly bred mare who finally got her head in front in a handicap at Laytown. Her previous efforts in better company make good reading in the context of this race and she should be up to the task here. Fulvio showed signs of a form revival at Wolverhampton last time and should figure in the finish. However the main threat to the selection could be Alice Blackthorn who drops to this company after contesting much better events throughout the the turf campaign. Baytown Flyer and Sandorra are the only other two worthy of consideration, so Bloom Of Tara, by process of elimination, gets the vote.
