Verdict
This event won't take much winning and can go to Tyneandthyneagain who is preferred to Better days and Dantes Venture. Richard Guest's charge has been absent for over 20 months and as clearly had his training problems but was a smart hurdler at his best and may be worth chancing that he retains enough ability to make a winning comeback. Better Days also returns from a lengthy spell on the sidelines, having been absent since disappointing on his chase debut at Uttoxeter almost a year ago. However, he was highly tried over timber and remains lightly raced so could be a serious danger to the selection if Sue Smith has him back to his best. Dantes Venture has some creditable hurdling form but has plenty to find with Tyneandthyneagain who can prove the safest bet.
