        Verdict

        Pharoah's Gold comes here in top form and was unfortunate when badly hampered before finishing strongly in third over six furlongs here last time. The step up in trip will suit but the five-year-old has a wide draw to contend with and is reluctantly passed over on this occasion. Mount Royale needs to improve on his second in a seller over course and distance last time but Playful Spirit is becoming well treated and can reach a place but the vote goes to Mi Sombrero. The daughter of Factual returns to handicap company off a low mark after a promising effort last time and, being lightly raced, should be capable of making further progress.
