Verdict
Kelly is a tentative vote to make a winning debut over timber against the more experienced trio of Investment Force, Dilsaa and Bearaway. The latter has the most form over hurdles, and was successful at Worcester the time before last, but will be a better chaser. Dilsaa has winning form on the level, and sprung a bit of a surprise when opening his account over hurdles at Cartmel. There may be more to come from him, along with Investment Force who shaped well when second to the odds-on Jewel Of India at Huntingdon. None of them look like world beaters though, and globetrotting Kelly may be up to making a winning debut. Successful in his native South Africa, the six-year-old also had a stint in Dubai, and may have a bit too much class for these. It is interesting that Peter Deal has acquired him and we may be seeing him at some of the better grade tracks if things work out. In the meantime he is taken to score here.
