Verdict

Country'n'western’s earlier success here came over 1m6f and ROYAL COSMIC (NAP) makes more appeal. The latter scored over track and trip before romping home at Newcastle last week and a penalty may not be enough to anchor Richard Fahey’s mare in her current mood. Purple Rock wasn’t beaten far when only fifth here last time while Hidden Depths makes his Fibresand debut after going close at Lingfield. Mearing is mostly consistent but has his first start since October and prolific course winner Luv U Whatever is preferred.
