        Verdict

        In the claimer, Tyrone Sam is selected ahead of Ten Prophets and Bodden Bay. The booking of Jamie Spencer for Tyrone Sam is taken as a positive one here and the Kevin Ryan-trained gelding can give a good account of himself as he bids to regain the winning thread. On adjusted ratings also you can certainly build the case for him. Based on those adjusted ratings, Soba Jones clearly has to be given a chance but, like the generally consistent Bodden Bay, his wide draw might work against him. Not so with Ten Prophets, who comes out best of all if taking official ratings literally and he should go well if rediscovering his best. Finally, a first-time eye-shield might bring improvement from Danish Blues but, for the selection, we return to Tyrone Sam.
