Verdict

Plenty of old favourites on show but not a contest to stir the betting blood. Stuccodor came good the last day over course and distance but that was in selling company and this looks harder. Quantum Of Solace has been off for 526 days and now has her first run for Fergal O'Brien. She's on a decent mark and the market should signpost her chance after such an absence. Crucially, she will be suited by the ground conditions. Oskar Denarius is another worth a market check after pulling up on his first start for Ben Pauling but the choice is DAKOTA GREY. He came back to form when scoring at Carlisle latest, the highly talented James Bowen retains the mount and a rise of 6lb for that improved winning effort is acceptable.
