Verdict

Modest fare with a chance afforded to BUCKBY BOY. He hasn't shown overmuch for the Skelton team in three starts over timber but has been given a nice break since his last start and now steps into handicap company for the first time. He has not been harshly treated by the assessor and could well now deliver improved levels of form. Oscar Bravo has similar credentials and is another who could well improve now handicapping, whilst Bentons Lad has every chance here if repeating the best run of his Rules career when a sound fourth of 13 at Market Rasen latest. He looks an each-way option. Mamoo and Cosmic King may also get involved.
