        Verdict

        Tag Team, Majik and Thurlestone Rock are the three for the shortlist here and the vote is given to Tag Team. The selection put up a fair effort over 5f last time when finishing sixth behind Gone 'N' Dunnett at Yarmouth. The winner of that race has since gone on to frank the form and as our selection is eased in grade he looks the one to be with. Majik is well-treated on the pick of his turf form and he has been running consistently well of late. He does have form over this trip but he gave the impression that he might be better over further when a good third behind Go Yellow at Folkestone over 7f last time, so the drop in trip here might not bring out the best in him. Thurlestone Rock ran well over 7f last time at Wolverhampton when third behind Outer Hebrides, but he reverts back to 6f here and he is certainly capable of getting competitive in this grade. Self Belief ran her best race for some time at Thirsk earlier this month when she finished fourth behind Drum Dance, so she could go well at an each-way price. However, for the winner we return to Tag Team.
