Verdict
Wunderbra sets a fair standard and look the one to be on here with the market likely to provide the clues as to the respective chances of the newcomers. The selection is dropped in trip after failing to see out 7 furlongs on this track last time. She was favourite that day, and as we now know that she handles this track, she looks worth persevering with in the hope that she can make amends. Point Calimere is dropped in grade after disappointing in a handicap last time. She has run on this surface before but looks to have a bit to find to trouble our selection on this occasion. Classic Expression looks to be the best of the newcomers and if the market provides any encouragement then it could pay to take the hint. This filly is a well-bred sort by Classic Cliche and she will not need to be anything special to make the frame. Of the remainder, Bank Games is from a shrewd yard and is sure to have learned from his debut run, but for the winner we return to Wunderbra.
