In depth
Verdict
Spanish Star , Salut Saint Cloud, Seraph and Antony Ebeneezer look the ones to concentrate on in this wide open handicap and the tentative vote goes to Salut Saint Cloud. The selection was a fair third off this mark behind Absinther last time and if he can run up to that mark here he will be hard to beat. Spanish Star rates the main danger he goes particularly well over this course and distance and he is sure to have the race run to suit but he just gave the impression he was still in the handicappers grip when in mid-division behind Crocolat last time and for that reason he is opposed. Seraph is another that could go well but he has only ever won banded races and this looks much more competitive so he is passed over on this occasion. Antony Ebeneezer has dropped to a handy mark and is worth noting in the market but he has shown very little of late. Disabuse has the ability to go close but does not always ordain to use it and for the winner we return to Salut Saint Cloud.
