In the finale, the shortlist contains Campeon and Christian Bendix, with Breeze In nominated as one to possibly watch out for. Campeon has dropped to a mark from which he ought to be competitive and a drop to this grade and the step up in trip to six furlongs makes him the one for us today, although we are not getting too carried away by that statement. You have to say that Christian Bendix is competitively weighted based on his best track form. Vlasta Weiner showed more sparkle than of late when third at Kempton last time, so don't rule him out. Mind Alert certainly holds claims based on his February form and, to be fair, it was a little bit more like it from him last time. You could say the same about Tiviski apart from the decent recent efforts bit. Union Jack Jackson is competitively weighted based on his best Southwell form, while Blythe Spirit has shown that he can occasionally run well at this level from today's mark. Of interest is the Richard Fahey-trained Irish import Breeze In so watch the betting there but, for the selection, we will stick with Campeon.
