In depth

Verdict

A good handicap hurdle here and a big chance for Firestone to go on from his excellent effort on the level at Windsor last week. A close fourth to Tough Leader augurs well for Firestone who was successful when last seen out over obstacles at Chepstow. Dabarpour won as he pleased at Warwick three weeks ago and looks likely to make another bold bid. Guru wasn't disgraced when third at Folkestone last time out and is another possible, but they are all going to have to go some to deny Firestone.
