Verdict
WESTERN RYDER ran well in top bumper company at Cheltenham and April in the spring. He should make a hurdler and can make the most of the 6lb here receives from course and distance winner Flashing Glance, though Tom Lacey's novice ran a cracker from the front in a tough handicap at Chepstow last month and will take no prisoners again. Honest Vic shaped nicely on his hurdles bow at Warwick and should have more to offer.
