Beat The Judge had some decent form over hurdles and placed on the Flat four weeks ago but doesn’t have a classic chasing profile. A five-times winner over timber, Leapaway hasn’t had a lot of racing over the last 18 months but should know what’s required. A similar comment may well apply to another lightly-raced sort in Diamond Gait and Longhouse Sale is definitely worth a second look now that Harry Skelton’s team is starting to find its stride. SOME DAY SOON is having a first run since November but has always looked a chasing type. He wasn’t beaten far in a couple of Grade 2 contests over hurdles at Cheltenham last year and is worth following.
