      Verdict

      Sulpher Springs has won all three starts here and looks capable of defying the handicapper once more on his favoured fast ground. Dream Of Nurmi ran out an easy winner at Perth (now 8lb higher) and lost no caste in defeat when third in better company behind Gumley Gale at Uttoxeter last time. However, Sue Smith's charge, along with recent Worcester scorer Gladiateur IV (penalised 7lb), has yet to prove himself at the trip. Hurricane Lamp has dropped down to a fair mark but has something to prove after a string of poor efforts admittedly in better company.
