A real headscratcher for punters and Cameron Bridge is the percentage call over Smart Savannah and Joey Tribbiani. Philip Hobbs' stable has made a habit of winning big prizes on Sundays and Cameron Bridge looks to have a fair chance here. Proven on good ground, he does have an absence to overcome but the Minehead handler looks to have deliberately laid him off with the intention of avoiding softer ground. Smart Savannah is a likeable enough individual. He is 14lb lower over chase fences than hurdles and ran out an impressive winner at the course. Joey Tribbiani continues to go up the handicap without winning. A course winner, he should not be discounted too readily. Le Seychellois lost his way badly during the winter and would need a career best to score off top-weight. Calatagan has bits and pieces of form that entitle him to consideration and he is fit from the flat. Saafend Rocket is a summer jumping specialist with his own ideas about the game. Plenty of imponderables but if Cameron Bridge is straight enough on his return to racecourse action, he has the form to win the race.
