In depth

Verdict

Atlantic Storm is a standing dish here and on a winning mark so will have no excuses if not in the firing-line. Eskendash will surely be opening his account over fences sooner rather than later but EL BORRACHO (NAP) was confidently ridden to beat more experienced rivals at Worcester at the start of the month and looks to have more to offer over the larger obstacles. Scardura finished ahead of Coole Well at Newton Abbot but winning hurdler Isolate is more interesting making his chasing bow in a decent handicap.
