    Verdict

Ever So Much’s last two wins have come over a longer trip at Hexham and he might get taken off his feet around here. The handicapper has taken a chance with CALVINIST who has been running better than bare results suggest this year. Brian Hughes remains faithful to Kevin Frosts stayer, who might offer a bit of value. Drumlee Watar is penalised for scoring at Newton Abbot but has run well around here before while Chives was having only a fourth career start when successful at Bangor.
