Verdict
Tina Thyne has been in fair form all season and she is likely to be a warm order for this seller. However she has her own ideas about the game and she has never won over a trip this far, so for that reason she is over looked. A chance is taken on Prince De Galles. He is the only distance winner in the race and is proven on the ground and he was a fair fourth in a better race last time out. Lizzys First could also go well but her best form has come with much more cut in the ground. Hobart Junction was second behind What Do You Know last time doing all his best work at the finish. If he stays this longer trip he is another that could go well. Salaman was a fair third behind Great Crusader last time over a longer and he is another that could go well but the step down in trip is not sure to suit. Eileen Alanna has dropped to a handy mark and is worth a cautionary look in the market.
