Verdict

L'CHAMISE, a winner between the flags, didn't show much in bumpers but defied being badly impeded to outstay her rivals on good going at Market Rasen and looks a progressive type. Midnightreferendum, runner-up in Grade 2 Aintree bumper, looked a nice hurdling prospect when scoring on soft ground at Fontwell but ran poorly on quicker going at Newbury. Listed bumper winner Dissavril has been very hit and miss but Fair Kate ran quite well on her hurdling bow at Chepstow and can only improve but Chetsford Water was soon beaten on her racecourse debut in an Exeter bumper.
