Verdict

TIMEFORATUNE pulled hard and hung under pressure when only fourth on his hurdling debut at Chepstow but looked much more the finished article when winning easily at Exeter and will be a short price in this, despite a penalty. He finished ahead of Mamoon Star in a Newbury bumper last season and is better off at the weights here with the latter having a first run over timber. Ooh Betty, William Of York and Royal Sam may end up contesting the places.
