The four to concentrate on here are La Lambertine, Love Triangle, City Affair and One Upmanship and the confident nomination is given to La Lambertine. The selection is eased in grade after putting up a decent effort when fourth behind Schapiro at Newton Abbot last time. This filly will handle today's conditions and she should take plenty of beating. Love Triangle finished behind Yankeedoodledandy last time who has since gone on to frank the form, and it was reported after the race that he had been suffering with a breathing problem. Providing he is over that problem then he could go well, but the market should be monitored for clues. City Affair would have chances on his best form but he will need to brush up on his jumping to get competitive here. One Upmanship finished last on the flat last time and he is probably best watched on his hurdling debut. It will be a surprise if any of the others are good enough, and for the winner we return to La Lambertine.
