Andaleep has had a good summer on the Flat but is now 0-6 over hurdles having failed to pick up in the closing stages at Wincanton when finishing just under a length behind Get Back Get Back, though there is little between that pair on the revised terms. FRIEND OR FOE was returning from a very long absence when second to Dear Sire at Chepstow. He’s already won on this sharper track and there will be no excuses today. Waterproof has changed stables again since a couple of runs on the Flat so is best watched.
