          Verdict

          Bedloe's Island arrives out of form but won this off a similar mark last year. Silvanus beat Red Baron at Musselburgh and the latter went on to score in soft ground at Doncaster last week with Tax Free second and Sleepy Blue Ocean and Bosun Breese further behind. Bronze Beau finished ahead of Space Artist when runner-up at Musselburgh recently and Mayfield Girl served notice her turn wasn't far away when going close at Nottingham during the week. TUMBLEWIND made the frame off today's mark at the end of last season and, with a recent comeback run under her belt, she gets a speculative vote in a wide-open sprint.
