In depth
Verdict
Lucksin, Rondo and Mujeak are the three that catch the eye in another trappy contest, and preference is for the more experienced Lucksin. David Barron has a fine record at his local track and he saddles Rondo, who shaped very encouragingly on his Newcastle debut, finishing fourth in a decent maiden. Rondo looks sure to play a leading role although he hasnt been seen since. Mujeak possesses a similar profile after a fast finishing fifth at Redcar on his sole start to date. He looks interesting. Runner-up at Ripon and Redcar, Lucksin is the most experienced runner in the field, and although a maiden after eight starts, he can put that experience to good use here. Lucksin can lead them home.
