Verdict

MADE OF HONOUR couldn't get near Benbati at Doncaster but had better-fancied horses behind and the winner wasn't beaten far in the Craven Stakes at Newmarket during the week. That looks very good form and Oregon Point, who finished three lengths behind, is another certain to have benefited from the run. Keyser Soze wasn't beaten far in two lucrative sales races in the autumn and there's no reason why he shouldn't make progress this campaign while Komodo got going too late at Redcar but was staying on to good effect at the finish and should get into the action.
