        Verdict

        SAGA DE TERCEY never goes down without a fight so the likes of Baan and Danzatrice will need to be at their very best to lower his colours. Alan Swinbank's charge is still improving after just four starts on the level and he ran a career best at York despite being unable to repel the late challenge of Swingkeel. There's a concern that a tough race there may have left it's mark but he appeals as a progressive performer. Danzatrice is running well but handicapped to the hilt but Baan has only crept up in the weights after two narrow successes and could have more to give. Dolly Penrose goes well in the mud and has some useful bits of form to her name, Inchpast has enjoyed a good season and may not be finished yet but this could be a shade competitive for Ragamuffin Man who lacks the scope of the selection, Saga De Tercey.
